In the application of charging piles, to reduce size and increase power density, the switching frequency of the power module of the charging pile is getting higher and higher. This leads to a sharp increase in eddy current loss and hysteresis loss of the magnetic core, becoming the main factor affecting efficiency. We adopt low-loss magnetic core materials and cash winding technology, which can significantly reduce high-frequency iron loss and copper loss.
